What does a tune-up actually include?

A technician inspects and cleans the system, checks refrigerant charge and electrical connections, tests safety controls, replaces or inspects the filter, and leaves you a written performance report. Typically 60-90 minutes per visit.

Is the Trial Plan really a trial?

It is our entry tier, not a free trial. It runs a full year and includes one precision tune-up plus member pricing. If you want two seasonal visits, Frontier or Pioneer is the better fit.

What is not included in a plan?

Accepted Answer

Plans cover maintenance, not repairs. Parts, refrigerant beyond the amount listed in your tier, and replacement equipment are billed separately — at your member discount. We quote any repair before starting work.

When do the visits happen?

We reach out to schedule your first visit once you subscribe, then contact you each season the plan covers. Members get priority scheduling ahead of non-members.

Can I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel any time before your renewal date and you will not be charged again. Visits you have already paid for stay available for the remainder of the term.

Do plans cover more than one system?

Each plan covers one HVAC system. If you have multiple systems or a multi-unit property, call us and we will price it properly rather than making you buy several plans.
